GT Property Management Inc. is owned and operated by Pervez Tagari. Starting in 1992, Pervez Tagari began investing in and managing properties while working as a real estate agent. Pervez is an individual member of The Association of Condominium Managers. He also has his Condominium Management and Administration Certificate Program from Humber College and is a Member of Canadian Condominium Institution.

After having successfully owned and operated many properties and helping foreign investors manage their properties, in 2007 Pervez officially created GT Property Management Inc. Pervez’s exceptional real estate skills and over 15 years of management experience in dealing with landlord and tenant issues serves him well in understanding the many opportunities that property management offers. Pervez has a wonderful, experienced, and friendly management team that can service our clients' rental properties twenty-four hours a day.
